ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrested on 24.07.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 5(1), 5(n), 5(j)(ii), 5(j)(iv) r/w 6 of POCSO Act 2012 and 147, 294 (b), 312, 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.12 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that A1 had kidnapped the victim girl and sexually assaulted on the victim girl. Thereafter, the petitioners along with A1 had abused the victim girl in filthy language and threatened her. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they are no way connected with the alleged offences and they have been falsely implicated in this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

case. He further submits that the petitioners have been in jail from 24.07.2021. Hence he prays for grant of bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the statement of 164 Cr.P.C has been recorded , in which, she has stated that there is serious allegation made against the petitioners. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioners.

5. This Court is of the view that on perusal of the 164 statement, there is serious allegation made against the petitioners and considering the gravity of offence,, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
