This application has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of the copy of arbitration agreement executed between the applicant and the respondent/Bank.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the original copy of the agreement executed between the applicant and the respondent is not available with the applicant and hence, he seeks to dispense with the production of the arbitration agreement.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, this Court feels that it would be appropriate to allow this application.
