ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pollachi to dispose the petitioner's bail petition in Crl.M.P.No.2537 of 2024 in Crime No.53 of 2024 on the file the Respondent Police, within a time frame.

2. It is seen from the typed set of papers that the Bail Application, filed by the petitioner has been kept pending from March 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pollachi.

3. In view of the directions issued by the Apex Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation, this Court is inclined to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pollachi to dispose of the Bail application as expeditiously as possible, within a period of two weeks from today.
