Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Criminal Revision Case No.215/2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to grant exemptiion of surrender of the petitioner herein before the Learned VI Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai on the date of judgment in C.A.No.134 of 2014 on his file on 07.02.2018.[CRL.MP.NO.2072/2018] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.Revision Case No.215/2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.S.RAJAGOPALAN Advocate for the petitioner and of MRs.T.P.SAVITHA Government Advocate [crl.side] behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to exempt the petitioners from surrendering before the VI Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai passed in C.A.No.134 of 2014 dated 07.02.2018.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/accused that the petitioner already surrendered before the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai on 23.02.2018.

3. Recording the above submission, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
