O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to sanction the compensation and award the amount to the petitioner in respect to the Well consisting of 130 feet depth, situated in the petitioner's acquired agricultural lands morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.03.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.According to the petitioner, though the compensation amount was paid to the petitioner for the agricultural lands acquired from the petitioner by the respondents, the respondents failed to pay compensation for the Well consisting of 130 feet depth, which was situated in the agricultural lands belonging to the petitioner, which were acquired by the respondents. The petitioner had given a representation on 25.03.2026 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner had filed this Writ Petition. 3.Mr.Vadivelu Deenadayalan, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law by giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this

Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

4.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's request for payment of compensation for the Well, alleged to have been located in the agricultural lands which were earlier acquired by the respondents after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
