This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 590 days in preferring the appeal against the judgment on the file of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirupattur, Tirupattur District in S.C.No.148 of 2019 dated 07.07.2023.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
