M.M.SUNDRESH,J., The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition, seeking for a direction to the second respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the complaints/representations submitted by him, against first respondent dated 06.06.2014 and 11.07.2014.

2.Though the petitioner has filed the Writ Petition, when the matter is taken up for hearing today (03.02.2017), he had not appeared before this Court.

3.However, Mr.S.Y.Masood, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent fairly submitted that the complaints/ representations submitted by the petitioner are pending consideration and they will take appropriate steps in this regard immediately.

4.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
