Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.VASANTHANAYAGAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10867 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(b), 4(1)(g) read with 4(1)- (A) of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act and Sections 269, 271 and 291 of IPC, 1860 and Section 3 of Epidemic Disease Act, 1897, in Crime No.792 of 2021, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. 5.This petition is ordered.
