O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2.The grievance of the petitioners is that the petitioners are the father and mother of the accused and the petitioners are being harassed by the second respondent police.

3. If the second respondent police wants to conduct any enquiry with the petitioners, summons shall be issued and thereafter, the petitioners shall be called for an enquiry. It is made clear that the petitioners shall not be harassed by the second respondent police.
