2. A note had been put up by the Registry stated that the defendant had been served on 13.12.2018 and thereafter, the written statement had been filed on 26.03.2019 and therefore there is a delay of 86 days.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the plaintiff also.
4. In view of the fact that it would only be to the advantage of both the parties that the suit decided on merits, the application is allowed.
5. With respect to the costs, if the plaintiff makes out a case after full trial then this delay can be considered at the time imposing costs if any, while passing the final judgment.
6. List the 4 suits once again to hear the applications to vacate the injunction on 17.09.2020.
