ORDER

This petition has been filed to pass an order or direction directing the second respondent police not to harass the petitioners and their family members based on the representation of the petitioners dated 27.06.2021.

2. The petitioners were called for enquiry in connection with CSR.No.335 of 2021 on the complaint given by one Murugan. Both the petitioners are senior citizens, whereas the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

first petitioner is aged about 86 years and the second petitioner is aged about 60 years. They have been unnecessarily harassed for a civil dispute.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that in this case, one Murugan had lodged a complaint against the petitioners and CSR.No.335 of 2021 was registered on 26.06.2021. The petitioners herein had lodged a counter complaint against the said Murugan and others, which has been assigned with CSR.No.341 of 2021. Both the complaints were enquired and it appears that there is some civil dispute between them. Thereafter, they were called for enquiry and advised them to approach the Civil Court. He further submitted that the petitioners are not required any more for enquiry.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
