PRAYER Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to instruct 2nd and 3rd respondents not to dispossess petitioner and her legal heir from the property situated at No.77/1 Vekatachalam Peria Veethi Varathampalayam Village, Sathiyamangalam, Sathiymanagal Taluk, Erode District till the disposal of S.A.No.61 of 2016 and consequently direct 1st respondent to ensure the life and property of the petitioner or protected and she is able to live with security and dignity as per Section 20 of Tamil Nadu Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules 2009.
