These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in S.T.C.Nos. 282, 279 & 281 of 2022 pending on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Perambalur.
2. Today, when the matters taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw the petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
