Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2025 by conducting enquiry and regularize his service and monetary benefits of Biologist recruited as Temporary Employee and rendering the petitioner's service in the Anamalai Tiger Reserve.

The instant Writ Petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a mandamus to direct the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2025 by conducting an enquiry and to regularize his service and monetary benefits as a Biologist recruited as a temporary employee and rendering the petitioner's service in the Anamalai Tiger Reserve.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner worked as Conservation Biologist under the Special Area 2/6
Development Programme (SADP) Scheme from 01.09.2017 to 28.02.2018. Thereafter, he has been working as Biologist from 03.03.2018 till date in Anamalai Tiger Reserve Forest, Tiruppur. It is the further submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has been working for more than 7 years without a break in service. He would further submit that in W.P.No.2402 of 2025, the temporary driver was ordered to be regularized, and that in pursuance of the order passed by this Court, the temporary driver was regularized by the respondents. He also submits that, claiming parity, he has sent a representation dated 27.02.2025, and such representation has not been considered by the respondents.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that they would consider the petitioner's representation within a reasonable time.
4. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, without going to the merits of this Writ Petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2025, and pass orders on it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
