O R D E R
This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining wilful disobedience of the order dated 12.02.2024 in W.P. No. 25897 of 2021.
2. While disposing the said writ petition, this Court directed the 1/4
first respondent therein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2021 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of that order.
3. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that in compliance of the order of this Court, the respondent has passed an order dated 02.06.2025 in consideration of the petitioner's representation and accordingly, he would submit that the order of the Court is complied with.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order dated 02.06.2025 passed by the respondent is in consideration of his representation, but the order is against to the interest of the petitioner.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, as the respondent has passed an order dated 02.06.2025 on consideration of the petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2021, in our considered view, the order of the Court is complied with and as such, no further adjudication is required in the present contempt case.

6. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
7. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 02.06.2025 passed by the respondent in appropriate forum, if so adviced.
