Respondent Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner by order of this Court on 09.03.2020 on Crl.M.P.No.3052 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.600 of 2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3052 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.600 of 2020 dated 09.03.2020, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3052 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.600 of 2020 dated 09.03.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.

With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
