This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para no.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.9767 of 2025 dated 02.04.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that now, the case registered in Crime No.213 of 2025 has been culminated into a case in STC.No.2392 of 2025 in which, the petitioner had pleaded guilty and the case has been terminated.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and charge has also been filed in STC.No.2392 of 2025.
4. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
