Respondents Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to dispose of the representation, dated 23.06.2015, and to conduct a fresh enquiry as per the directions of the learned District Judge, Thiruvannamalai, in Appeal No.6 of 1996, as expeditiously as possible.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus, to direct the second respondent to dispose of his representation, dated 23.06.2015, and conduct a fresh enquiry, as directed by the District Court, Thiruvannamalai, in Appeal No.6 of 1996.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for second respondent, submitted, that a reasonable time may be granted to the second respondent to comply with the order passed by the District Court, on remand.

3. Under the circumstances, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 23.06.2015; pass orders on merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and proceed in accordance with law.
