Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition 6(b) that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily 10.30a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.OP.10855/2021 dated 25.06.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SENGKODI, Advocate for the petitioner and of THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10855 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 353, 506(i) of I.P.C. in Crime No.304 of 2021, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
