O R D E R
The petitioner has come forward with this petition for direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ootacamund, The Nilgiris, to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.3914 of 2006 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner as a complainant has preferred a private complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act against the respondent before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ootacamund, The Nilgiris, which was taken on file in S.T.C.No.3914 of 2006 and the same is pending for long time. It is further submitted that an N.B.W. has been issued and it has been executed and now the respondent/accused is appearing before the Court. Hence, he prayed for early disposal of the case in S.T.C.No.3914 of 2006.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Notice to the respondent is dispensed with.
4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is a fit case for giving direction to the Trial Court for early disposal. Accordingly, the Judicial Magistrate, Ootacamund, The Nilgiris, is directed to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.3914 of 2006 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving fair opportunity to both sides.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
