Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.

Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16026 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.291 of 2019, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
