2.The petitioner has come forward with this petition directing the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petition enquiry has already been conducted and closed and the respondents have not harassed the petitioner. 4.Considering the submissions made on both sides, the respondents are directed not to harass the petitioner under the guise of petition enquiry.
