(Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) Challenge in this appeal is to the order of the learned single Judge made in W.M.P.No.12787 of 2024 in W.P.No.124 of 2016 dated 21.10.2024. 2.
The appellant / petitioner sought for recall of the order dated 15.06.2016 made in W.P.No.124 of 2016 on the ground that there is a policy change on the part of the Director General of Civil Aviation (D.G.C.A.). It is not in dispute that the appellant had challenged the order in W.P.No.124 of 2/5
2016 and the said writ petition was dismissed. Review petitions were dismissed and Special Leave Petitions against the orders were also dismissed. Subsequently, the appellant filed several writ petitions seeking similar reliefs, which were also rejected by the court. The learned Single Judge has found that the order passed in W.P.No.124 of 2016 is one on merits and none of the grounds raised in the recall petition were available to the appellant.

Hence, we do not see any reason to interfere with the order of the learned single Judge. The Writ Appeal therefore fails and it is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
