O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the application dated 04.07.2017 made by the petitioner for the programme to be held on 09.08.2017. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that inspite of the representation being given to the respondents on 04.07.2017 for conducting cultural programme in the Temple on 09.08.2017, the respondents have not passed orders till today. 3.A Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3773 of 2017 by order dated 03.03.2017 in similar circumstances directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and dispose of the same.

4.Following the order passed by the Division Bench, I direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.07.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 02.08.2017.

5.With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
