This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent to give necessary protection to the petitioner as per the representation dated 08.01.2015.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is facing life threat and some of his party members were murdered by the opposite party and therefore, apprehending that he would also be murdered by his enemies.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is a History Sheet Rowdy in No.625/2013 and so far 8 cases were registered against him and in 4 cases he was acquitted. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
