2. Heard the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner.

3. According to the learned Senior Counsel, the allegations made by him were all with respect to the conduct of the proceedings by one of the Members of the Bench and he has nothing personal against him.

4. We have indicated in Paragraph 6 of the order dated 27 January 2017 that the learned Senior Counsel made serious allegations against one of the Members of the Bench. The said statement was only in respect of the manner of conduct of the cases by the learned Member, including the original application, which was dismissed by the Tribunal. The order passed by this Bench on 27 January 2017 should be taken in that context.

5. The order dated 27 January 2017 is clarified to the extent indicated above.
