(Crime No.209/2020) Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to relax the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Rajamangalam police station every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdiction of the respondent police in the order dated 10.09.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13885 of 2020.

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in the above Crl.O.P.No.13885 of 2020 dated 10.09.2020 that to appear before the Rajamangalam police station every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police on every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
