When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the confession of A5, the petitioner was impleaded, as on date no evidence was found against him and is not added as an accused. If in future any material evidence is found against him, he will be added as an accused. As on date, he is not an accused.

2. Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed.
