ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation, which was made by the petitioner finally on 01.07.2016 for revising her seniority and refixation of her pay on par with her junior K.Sandhyasri within a reasonable period. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that a direction may be given to the 1st respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner.

3.Mr.E.R.A.Premnath, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents and seeks four weeks time to consider the petitioner's representation.

4.Considering the limited relief sought for in this petition and without going into the merits of the matter, this Court hereby directs the 1st respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
