Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.No.33 of 2016 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence of imprisonment imposed in the judgment dated 27.11.2015 made in S.C.No.80 of 2015 on the file of the I Additional Sessions Judge, Erode and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above criminal appeal No.33/2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.No.33 of 2016 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.GURUPRASAD, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. K.MATHAN, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner / Appellant / Accused has made an endorsement in Crl.M.P.No.4648 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.33 of 2016 to the effect that the 'Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.'

2. Recording the aforesaid fact and the endorsement so made, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
