Prayer: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Rajamangalam police station everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders and the petition shall not enter into the jurisdiction limtis of the respondent police vide order dated 10.09.2020 in Crl.O.P No.13301 of 2020.

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13657 of 2020 dated 10.09.2020, the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Rajamangalam police station everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13657 of 2020 on 10.09.2020, regularly and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P No.13657 of 2020 dated 10.09.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
