The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the 2nd respondent interfering with the possession of the property bearing S.Nos.69/2A-0.74 cents & 69/3-1.07 Acres situated at Veliyur Village, Thiruvallur Taluk from the petitioners till the disposal of the suit filed by the 3rd respondent in O.S.No.44 of 2022 as per the order dated 28.11.2022 passed in I.A.No.2 of 2022 on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif Court, Thiruvallur.

2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for Page No.2 of 4

the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.

3. Recording the said submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Writ Petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
