The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the revision petitioner was expired on 13.10.2014 and the prayer sought for in this criminal revision petition has become infructuous and he seeks permission to withdraw the criminal revision petition as not pressed. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, today, to that effect.
