Considering the submissions, this Court directs the second respondent Police to produce the petitioner's Scopio S10 White Colour bearing Registration No.TN-42-R-4006 and the Engine No.WGG4H14406 Chassis No.MA1TA2WGXG2H24043 as case property before the learned Judicial Magistrate No-I, Alandur, Chengalpattu District in Crime No.729 of 2021 pending on the file of the first respondent Police forthwith. 2/4
