This application is filed to grant leave to the applicants/plaintiffs to sue the respondent/defendant having its Sales Office in Chennai, before this Court in the above suit.

2. On receipt of the notice issued by the plaintiff to the defendants office at Chennai, the defendant replied, which indicates that the defendant is carrying on business within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, leave sought is granted.
