ORDER

In the light of the Government Order in G.O.(D).No.281 dated 30.05.2023, in and by which, the Government had accepted the recommendation of the departmental committee and approved the inclusion of the petitioner along with others in the panel for the post of Assistant Commissioner for Labour for the year 2022-2023. Therefore, the relief sought for by the petitioner is granted.

In view of the above submission, this Writ petition is stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
