ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.81 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that pursuant to the investigation made by the 1st respondent in Crime No.81 of 2021, Final Report has been filed against A1 and A2 before the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Alandur. The petitioner who was arrayed as A3 in the impugned FIR has been exonerated in the Final Report.

3.In view of the above, nothing further survives for adjudication against the petitioner / A3 in the above quash petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
