ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 05.04.2024 before the first respondent to take action against the third respondent for the corruption activities. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2024 will be considered within a period of twelve weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2020 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders

within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
