ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner to the 1st respondent dated 10.04.2019 pending before the respondent and investigate the matter.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
