ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been to direct the 2nd respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.500 of 2021 dated 19.05.2021.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the 1st respondent has registered a case in the Crime No.500 of 2021 on 19.05.2021, no final report is filed till date.
3. Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months. 4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 2/4
5. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
