O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents, more particularly, second respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 05.11.2024 wherein, the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta in his name.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the materials placed before this Court and considering the communication made by the fourth respondent and the first respondent based on the request made by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 05.11.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with 2/4

law and pass final orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
