O.P.No.128 of 2008 in A.No.5544 of 2015 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for both the applicants/petitioners and respondents/respondents, would submit that the parties have reached settlement, themselves, by entering into a Memorandum of Understanding dated 18.04.2022 and filed Joint Compromise Memo duly signed by the parties along with their learned counsel dated 18.04.2022 and requested this Court to dispose of the main Original Petition itself along with the present Application in terms thereof mentioned in the Memorandum of Understanding dated 18.04.2022 entered by the parties.

2.Considering the submissions now made by the learned counsel appearing for both the parties and in view of the Joint Memo of Compromise filed by them having arrived at an amicable settlement among themselves by the parties, this Court feels it appropriate to 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., rst dispose of the Original Petition along with connected Application in terms of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 18.04.2022 entered by the parties.

3.Accordingly, the Original Petition along with connected Application is disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 18.04.2022. The Joint Memo of Compromise dated 18.04.2022 as well as Memorandum of Understanding dated 18.04.2022 are recorded and the same shall form part and parcel of this order. Consequently, the liberty is granted to all the parties to approach this Court and jointly seek for grant of Succession Certificate to the estate of late Maddali Sri Ramakrishna, if so advised.
