ORDER

This Court, by order dated 13.12.2022 in W.P. No. 6906 of 2014, directed the respondents to pay (i) commutation arrears, (ii) difference in gratuity, (iii) leave surrender arrears, and (iv) pension arrears as per G.O. Ms. No. 142 dated 21.08.2008 to the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the 1st respondent submitted that the entire arrears have been paid to the petitioner and that a sum of Rs. 73,792/- has been deducted from the arrears amount towards the loan amount due from the petitioner; the petitioner also addressed a communication to the respondent consenting to the deduction of the said amount.

3. The learned counsel for the first respondent has also produced copies of receipts for the aforesaid payments made to the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the said submissions of the learned counsel for the first respondent.
