This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st to 3rd respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 04.03.2020, 02.06.2020 & 14.08.2020 to initiate appropriate action to cancel the patta issued to the 5th respondent in respect of Plot No.188, comprised in old S.No.420 (part), T.S.No.70 & 85/2, Mogappair Village, bearing Plot No.188, Boppanna Venkatharathinam Street, Golder George Nagar, Nerkundram, Chennai in accordance with law.
