(2-D) No.171, Commercial Taxes and Registration (A-1) Department, dated 07.09.2012 and quash the same in so far as denial of regularization of service to the petitioner's husband late Mr.S.

Jeyaraman is concerned and direct the respondents to regularise the services of her husband late Mr.S.Jeyaraman in the post of Office Assistant with effect from the dates of his initial appointment in the said post, namely, 04.11.1982 with all attendant benefits including payment of arrears and sanction of family pension to the Petitioner and Render justice. .. Respondents This case is came up for settlement before the Lok Adalat. After mutual discussion, negotiation, mediation and conciliation between both parties, they arrived at a compromise to settle the matter as follows:

2. The petitioner is present with her daughter, viz., Renuka. It is stated that the relief sought in the writ petition has been complied with by the respondents. Hence, the Writ Petition may be terminated and award may be passed accordingly. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
