ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.17119 of 2025 dated 30.01.2026 in para No.13(b) that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Paragraph No.13(b) of the order dated 30.01.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.no.17119 of 2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before Trial Court concerned on alternate days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
