ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn however, considering the fact that the complainant in this case is a practicing Advocate in Rasipuram Court, in order to avoid embarrassment situation, the case in S.T.C.No.1278/2009 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram is transferred to the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchengode, Namakkal District. The transferor Court is directed to hand over the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

entire records in S.T.C.No.1278/2009 to the transferee Court forthwith. Thereafter, the transferee Court is directed to act in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
