This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.597 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. This Court called for a report from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram and a report has been received, which discloses that, the police have completed the investigation in Crime No.597 of 2014 and Final Report was filed on 15.06.2015 and the same has been taken on file as C.C.No.167 of 2015 on 17.06.2015.
