Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent made in ATM No.8139/B4/2012 dated 27.12.2012; to quash the same and to consequently direct the respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner as B.T.Assistant in St.Joseph's Higher Secondary School, Eriyur, Villupuram District from the date of appointment i.e., 01.06.2012, with all salary, emoluments and benefits attendant thereto within such time as may be fixed by this Court.
