issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the entire records leading to the detention of the petitioner's husband, S.Jaganathan, S/o.Sasikumar, aged 26 years, presently confined at Central Prison, Coimbatore and has been detained under Act 14/82 as Drug Offender vide detention order C.No.41/G/ IS/2025 dated 27.03.2025, bearing TPDA No.278 dated 28.03.2025, on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to produce the body and person of the said detenu before this Court and therefore set him at liberty from the Central Prison, Coimbatore.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.2819, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XII) Department, dated 19.05.2025, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.

2. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands

dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
